Payment questions and billing issues

Q. I would need to cancel my subscription.

You can cancel your recurring (monthly) subscription when you wish. Account will be active until the end of the paid period. You can cancel the subscription using the web interface at the payment site, or contacting our staff.

Q. What payment options do you offer?

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), bank wire transfers, money orders, checks, or if you wish to pay anonymously – we accept BitCoin and Western Union Money Orders. Please visit our payment page for more details.

Q. How would you charge my credit card if I subscribe for one year with monthly billing?

USD 9.95 will be charged when you signup for 30 days service period. After 30 days the first rebill of USD 9.95 will be charged. Rebilling will then automatically recur every 30 days until expiration after 12 months. A customer may cancel the subscription any time.

Q. Is there a discount if I purchase several accounts?

We offer 15% discount if 5 or more accounts are purchased. Please contact our billing department to have an invoice issued.

Q. How will you charge my card if I use 3 or 6 month billing option?

In case you subscribe for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (without monthly payment option), your credit card will be charged only once. The account will be deactivated automatically when subscription term ends.

Q. How can I renew my subscription?

You will need to subscribe again as we do not store customers billing details.

Q. Can I get a refund?

We will consider refund requests if received within 7 days from the subscription date. The ground for a refund can be a technical problem preventing from utilizing the service. Our customer support must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame before a refund will be considered.

Q. I could not find a trial account option.

No free or trial accounts are offered. You may subscribe for one month. If you will not be able to use the service due to technical problems we will refund the fees. For more information please review our Refund Policy.

Q. Can I pay anonymously?

You may pay anonymously using BitCoin or Western Union. BitCoin is the most anonymous payment option.
