By using AnonymizeNet products and services, you agree to terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the AnonymizeNet. You certify that you are using the AnonymizeNet for a lawful, worthy, and ethical purpose. You assume all responsibility for the consequences and results of your use of AnonymizeNet. Anonymous Internet access services must be used for legitimate purposes only. By using AnonymizeNet, you agree not to use the Internet for any unauthorized copying, duplicating, display or modification of any material or information that is protected by copyright or trademark. You agree not to transmit any material in violation of any Federal, Provincial or local regulations including material that may be judged to be threatening, slanderous, racist, offensive, obscene, including elements of hate (material that is considered offensive or abusive to any community or ethnic group) or in conflict to any statutes or laws. You agree not to mass-mail (broadcast) electronic mail (e-mail) or Usenet post with the intention of distributing unsolicited electronic mail or advertising to other users of the Internet. You also agree to not interfere or disrupt networks connected to equipment providing AnonymizeNet services; and to comply with all the rules, policies and procedures connected to AnonymizeNet service.
Confinet Ltd. owns and operates this Web site and has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the Web site or service, including the content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access to or use of AnonymizeNet. By using AnonymizeNet, you are stating that you are an adult, that you have read and understood this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by it. Confinet Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your use of the service at any time for any reason, including if Confinet Ltd. learns that you have used the service for illegal purposes or have violated this agreement. All fees paid in advance of termination are non-refundable.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of AnonymizeNet and all charges related thereto. Confinet Ltd. is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by advertisers. Accordingly, Confinet Ltd. has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available to Confinet Ltd. by third parties, including information providers and users, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Confinet Ltd. Confinet Ltd. neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on Confinet Ltd. by anyone other than authorized Confinet Ltd. employees duly acting in their official capacities.
You agree that use of the AnonymizeNet is at your sole risk. Neither Confinet Ltd. with its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, suppliers, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that AnonymizeNet will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability or any information, advertisements, services or merchandise provided through AnonymizeNet, directly or indirectly, or as to the results that may be obtained from use of AnonymizeNet. Confinet Ltd. does not guarantee the provision, quality and consistency of the AnonymizeNet as provided by our Carriers and is furthermore not responsible for any interruptions, delays, inconsistencies or failures of the network or security breaches regardless of the source of any such problem including, but notwithstanding, Confinet Ltd. own fault or negligence.
The information and services included in or available through the AnonymizeNet may include inaccuracies or errors. Confinet Ltd. may make improvements and/or changes to the Service at any time without notice.
AnonymizeNet is provided on an “as is” basis. Confinet Ltd. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event will Confinet Ltd., or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing AnonymizeNet, be liable in contract, in tort (including for its own negligence) or under any other legal theory (including strict liability) for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or similar damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, loss of use or similar economic loss, arising out of the use of or inability to use AnonymizeNet. You hereby acknowledge that the provisions of this section shall apply to all uses of AnonymizeNet. Confinet Ltd. has no liability to clients for any damages, losses and causes of action whether in contract, tort (including its own negligence) or under any other legal theory (including strict liability).
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, inaccuracy, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of AnonymizeNet, under any legal theory or cause of action.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Confinet Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of AnonymizeNet, your violation of this user agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
The terms of service will inure to the benefit of Confinet Ltd. successors, assigns and licensees. Any waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized employee duly acting in his or her official capacity. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms of service to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms of service will continue in full force and effect.
As a convenience, Confinet Ltd. may make third-party software available through the AnonymizeNet. To use the third-party software, you must agree to the terms and conditions imposed by the third party provider and the agreement to use such software will be solely between you and the third party provider. By downloading third party software, you acknowledge and agree that the software is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Confinet Ltd. be liable for claims or damages of any nature, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to any third-party software downloaded through the AnonymizeNet.
Confinet Ltd. must receive all requests for refunds sent by email to email@example.com or by filling up and submitting web form at Contact us web page within 7 days after purchase. If your request is sent within 7 days from the purchase date and you have not used your account for the purposes of sending “hate mail”, “spam”, “bulk mail”, “death threats”, or any other annoying, illegal, or offending Internet activities you will be granted a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds will be considered if received within 7 days from the purchase date and will be considered for technical problems resulting in you not being able to use the AnonymizeNet. Customer support must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame before a refund will be considered.
After 7 days from the date of purchase refunds may be considered. This will be done at the discretion of the Confinet Ltd. Requests for refunds should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling up and submitting web form at Contact us web page.

You will be able to cancel AnonymizeNet subscription at any time. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to email@example.com or by filling up and submitting web form at Contact us web page. Cancellation request should contain the account username and email address used for the subscription. If applicable, Customer will receive a refund for any prepaid access term (greater than one month) not yet used. Customer is responsible for all fees up to the date of termination of the service.
